Our third evening chef team of the year is Embers; heat + smoke + flavour, every Wednesday to Saturday from 1 June for Summer 2023.

Embers represents the first project of Chef Ernesto Gabriel (pictured) and his friend Graham Lewis, who promise to bring the
heat, smoke, and flavour to the finest seasonal produce, offering a culinary experience of rustic, flavourful, and
creative cooking with elements of open fire.

Chef Ernesto combines his Michelin-starred background at Royal Hospital Road, Joel Robuchon, and Locatelli with his beloved and recent nomadic cooking experiences across Asia and the Americas. Closer to home, Graham will trade his laptop for knives as he nourishes his passion for London's food scene and joins Ernesto in the kitchen.

We also can hold evening parties of 10 to 24 seated or 30 standing in our cosy booth filled basement
